What shipping service do you use?
For small orders we use the US Postal Service however for larger orders we may use UPS.

We will ship all orders within 1 business day from payment being received.

How soon will I receive my item?
We ship all orders within 1 business day. Normal transit time is 2-5 business days depending on your location and the speed of the postal service. We are located in New Jersey so the closer you are the faster your item will be received. On average most packages are delivered within 3 days.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do ship Internationally to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day return policy if your item is defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us and we'll gladly replace it for you or refund you if we are out of stock. For items in which there are no defects or errors made on our part, we must receive the item back in new condition in the original packaging and we may hold a small restocking fee per item to cover associated costs. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can issue an RMA #.
